Below are some of are common questions about orders
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or amend an order once its been placed.
You will first receive an order confirmation. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email to let you know and tracking information will also be sent through Royal Mail.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased.
- The fourteen calendar days start from the day after you receive your order.
- You must give us written confirmation by emailing our customer service team.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Clearpay and Maestro debit & credit card payments.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
If an item in your order is missing, check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item was out of stock. If out of stocks occur we will send you an email to inform you about this. If this happens, no payment of these goods is taken. The delivery note will state which items are in this part of your order. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything. If something is missing and you have questions about this, please contact customer service.
Products labeled in our ‘OUTLET’ category cannot be returned. These products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Outlet items include heavily discounted or limited stock products, which FashFocused aims to clear out quickly. We kindly advise you to carefully consider your purchase and ensure that the items correspond in size to those you have previously ordered. Once your order has been placed, regretful changes of mind cannot be accommodated. Ensuring a fit and alignment with your previous orders is recommended.
Outlet items cannot be returned. If you attempt to return such items, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Our Products are created to the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, kindly contact our Customer Service before submitting a return request through our online returns portal.

Visit our returns page and fill out the returns form. A member of team will get back to you within 72 hours. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours please check your junk mail.
Returns are not free and will be paid by the customer. If the item is faulty please get in touch with our customer service team.
We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible however during busy periods your return can take up to 14working days to reflect into your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
