Once you have submitted a return request, you will receive an email to advise you of your next steps.

If you wish to send back a product to our online shop, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for other sizes or items. In such cases, you will need to place a new order. To return unwanted items purchased at FashFocused.com, please follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. 
2. All goods being returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible, please use the original packaging.
3. You can use the Pre Paid Royal Mail service here to organise your return or alternatively If you prefer not to use the portal, you can always organise your own delivery back to us.

Please note: All items in our Outlet collection are non-refundable.

Returned items MUST BE in the same condition as received, complete with tags. Items showing additional wear, damage, stains, holes, wash, or perfume odor will be rejected and returned to you. At FashFocused, we ensure each order is inspected before shipping. In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items, please notify FashFocused Customer Service within 3 days.

To assist you, we will need the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product/item number (found on the swing tag or washing label)
3. Photo(s) of the fault.

Please email this information to our Customer Service team at customerservice@fashfocused.com, and we'll assist you promptly. If no contact is made, unfortunately, your item won't be approved by Return&Reclaim department and will be returned to you.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.

Kindly be aware that product exchanges are not available; instead, a new order will need to be placed.

Please note that return shipments are at the customer's expense, and the customer may choose their preferred courier service. We always recommend to retain proof of postage! 

Please keep in mind once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, however, once you receive it you can return for a refund/exchange.
